Schmiechen, M. From METEOR 1988 to ANONYMA 2013 and further! Future Ship Powering Trials and Monitoring Now!
Report on the further advanced evaluation of the quasi-steady 'model' propulsion test of 1986, showing that detailed powering analyses require neither prior data nor thrust measurements,
with related notes and correspondences.
Published as my substantial contribution to the development of rational standards concerning ship powering trials and monitoring, the related ITTC Procedures and the standards ISO 15016 and ISO 19030 in particular.

As sort of executive summary of the first two volumes of the Festschrift a leaflet has been published and widely distributed not only on occasion of the 27th International Towing Tank Conference 2014, held at Copenhagen August 31 to September 05.
